Notice was received from the Nebraska State Patrol that 25 year-old Offender, Charles Donald Eberhardt, has reported a new temporary address of 704 N 3rd St., Plainview as of April 2, 2021.
Eberhardt was convicted of possession of Child Pornography, a Class C felony, on January 27, 2016 in Nebraska Federal Court, and was placed on the 25 year offender list.
Local law enforcement is aware of the change of address.
