Ballpark Cleanup Started... Crofton baseball youth, coaches, parents, and supporters worked to do spring cleanup and field and landscape maintenance this past Sunday, April 11 at the Crofton Baseball Park in preparation for their upcoming seasons. Crofton Squad named Heroes... The Crofton Rescue Squad was the recipient of the Modern Woodmen's Hometown Heroes Award on Tuesday, March 30. Business representative Tammy Matuska presented the squad with a check for $100 to be donated to a charity or nonprofit as well as $100 for use by the squad. The squad voted to donate to the American Legion elevator project. The donation to the squad will be used toward another defibrillator at a public place in Crofton.
