The Lady Trojans beat both Omaha Nation and Pender at home and will now face Cross County in Stromsburg on Saturday, October 29th at 1:00 p.m.

Coach Brittany Eisenmann had this to say about how the girls did during sub-districts:

"Subdistricts - There’s no better way to start the postseason, than with two back to back sweeps at home. Every single player on our team went out and competed each entire set of both nights. Our motto this year chosen by our seniors is, “One Team, One Dream”, and these girls are making this goal come to life. Our stats the past two nights have been very impressive. One standout from our Pender game was having both our middles, Brianna Martinez and Makenna Decker, swinging aggressively over and in, neither had any hitting errors on the night! The other senior starter on our team, Alex Arenas, also put in work with 12 kills and 10 digs. Across the board, our hitters were swinging at .407% ending with only 8 errors on the night against Pender. While our hitters were finding the floor on our opponents end, our defense was standing strong on our side. As a team we had 43 digs against Pender, with Katie Borg racked up 12 digs to lead the team. The coaching staff couldn’t be more proud of the efforts seen so far in the postseason, and we are looking forward to this Saturday’s District final match! "
